I don't think she is. Her surname before she got married had ć, so I think she is Croatian/Serbian or maybe Bosnian.

Average slovenian has darker hair... She has dyed hair. And is better looking, she is below average. Everytime I see her photo here I puke a bit in my mouth.

I checked other photos... She is average looking,quite pretty this is not the Best photo of her.

I think Veronica is pretty. Anyway I have seen many pictures of Slovenian students, just take females, most are quite fair. Maybe due to a large Germanic influence and of cause of the slavic background. Here are just a couple of pictures:
