Not these two, the one you post clearly look Indian punjabis. Shakti can even pass in west Pakistan which is not likely for any Indian punjabi. And girl look Paki punjabi. It does not surprise me that both are orginally from Pakistan before partition anyway.

Not punjabi but west punjabi, kapoors are west punjabis. You guys are east punjabis. In British time when Haryana was part of punjab. West punjab was Pak punjab, central punjab was current day Indian punjab and east punjab used to be current day Haryana. Now its little different.

Lately i have been reading British gazzeter of Punjab and hindu Kapoors mostly lived in central punjab of Pakistan. Bhappa sikhs or arora/khatri sikhs mostly lived in potohar. It depend on clans/tribes, some are exclusive to one region.

Most jat clans of west punjab exist in very low numbers in east punjab, thats why there are some differences and similarities between both group looks. For exemple tarar, waraich, gondal, lodike, waseer, fatiana, bharwana and many others etc either does not exist among east punjabi jats or if do then numbers are low. And these make big part of west punjab jats.

Yeah i don't see much outside influence in shrada. Maybe OP photos are throwing some people off. Only shakti can pass among west Pak/east afghan not anywhere else west of it. I remember he once played role of pashtun in movie, because he can pass as very typical without problem. Obviously some pashtuns even show indo-brachid but they are minorty overall.
