Yakonid is different from Jomon.
Jomon are more closer to both paleomongoloid austrolasian and proto-mongoloid ainu while Yakonid is a progressive mongoloid present only in Japan

No. Yakonid is defined by Agrippa as North Sinid + progressive Jomon and Paleomongoloid influence.
