I'm very new to this site but got fascinated with this type of identification a while ago, and have occasionally read bits and pieces about it in various places, however I am far from an expert, and am looking forward to spending some time here learning a lot more.
I would like other people's opinion on these two pictures please, in the first picture, the two gentlemen in the front of the picture, who seem to me to be very similar almost brothers, but I have no idea what classification they would fall into, and have tried in vain to find out.

Second pic I am thinking this handsome chap is a Nordic type? Grateful for any comments or further clarification, thanks :)
