not much commen , there southerns who look Syrian/Lebanese etc like my great grandpa but this guy looks different. hes a pretty distinct middle east type in my opinion although ive seen a very Kurdish looking calabrese italian recently so anything is possible there even if its not frequent lol

I know this, many northern Italians have these kind of features, only there are way less East Med types than there are in S Italy which is logical considering geography and genetics :)

I'm sort of genetically the equivalent of a far northerner and I still look very Mediterranean; actually a bit similar to this guy.

Some do have, but many of northern Italians that have these kind of features are mixed with southern Italians.
