In my opinion, he could probably be classical American white euro mix. I don't think he can pass as a native Russian.

To me he looks sorta alien but ok. His mouth area is odd and the vibe is uncommon.

He could pass here for sure. Though i don't really see him passing in the North East of Europe.

he would look foreign to me here(hungary), he's too western looking. but he still would pass because most/avarage people care about pigmentation only.

He's from northern Portugal to be precise. I guess he's kind of pan-euro like i thought judging by the responses.
