I definitely think there is a Central African component to black Americans. I do not think they look strictly Ghanaian for instance.

I never saw African Americans in real life. neither pygmies. she might pass but she has something that shows she's unmixed. also, indigenous peoples have some simpleness and coolness on their faces that others lack (especially aframs)

hard to say, its hard to look a picture like that and imagine them to have any sort of western cultural background. I'm sure she could pass through depending on how lenient your definition of "passing" is.
