Classify Jean-Baptiste Maunier, Child Star from French movie "The Chorus"

Hey guys!

Some of you might have seen the 2004 movie The Chorus (French Les Choristes.

The movie was a major hit worldwide and considered a classic of French cinema.

Jean-Baptiste Maunier plays Pierre Morange, a young boy in a boarding school for difficult boys, who has a real talent for singing.

Of course Maunier's voice has drastically changed since he reached puberty.

Maunier is a born and raised Lyonnais and his "face" is quite common in my region. How would you classify him? Where would he fit?

Yes we have some faelids in France too, especially in Eastern France (where Lyon is located) (Alex Lutz is a good example)

I don't think he has any recent German ancestry but the area was famous for its Germanic influence (the native Gauls did business with Germanic tribes there even before the Roman invasions, not to mention all the Germanic invasions afterwards) Actually the Burgundians, Wisigoths and Franks fought over the territory for a while (if I remember my primary school classes well)
