Hetfield is definitely Nordid-Borreby.

Mustaine looks like some CM type but looks(his facial features) too "clean" to be Borreby, so not sure. He's part Jewish, btw.

I think:
Hetfield - Nordid + Faelid (looks more robust than Borreby/Nordid blend and forehead and jaw look more Faelid than Borreby, imo)
Ulrich - Borreby
Hammett - blend of Filipino and North Atlantid, imo
Trujillo - don't know exact term to classify him with but looks more Mexican, I think
Newsted - same elements as James but less CM basically
Burton - Keltic Nordid
Mustaine - reduced Brunn
McGovney - Paleo Atlantid

Nowadays I'd say Trujillo is Pueblid and Hammett a balanced mix of Deuteromalayid, on one hand, and Nordo-Mediterranean components, on the other. The rest I already have classified properly and I stick to my claims.

Hammet - Looks Mestizo. The White side seems to be Atlantid.
Trujillo - Centralid.
Newsted - Nordid + Brünn.
