Are there any Catalan speakers here who could translate this song for me? :)

Si penses que ma mare
Així dispara amb so canó gros
I tens raó
No t'hi pensis i aixi en tindrem es dos.

Digue'm lo que te pareix
I que no Ho ets escrupolós
I a lo darrer si em fereixes
Veuràs que es "permit" e's gros.

Tu faràs dos o tres copes
I jo en faré tres o dos
Amb igualtat de defences
I ninguns tendrem favors.

No digues que et faci pressa
No que t'"haiga" donat es temps just
Avisa'm que jo estic llesta
Ja saps que jo no refuig.

Tu faràs dos o tres copes
I jo en faré tres o dos
Amb igualtat de defences
I ninguns tendrem favors.

It's a song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQSvozo_y60) by Enigma.

This is the best you can get...at least for now::D

Si penses que ma mare
Així dispara amb so canó gros
I tens raó
No t'hi pensis i aixi en tindrem es dos.

If you think my mother
so shoot with broad cannon (refers to a gun or rifle, I'll suppose)
and you've reason (means you're right)
do not think twice (or stop thinking) and so we've it both (literally said two)

Digue'm lo que te pareix
I que no Ho ets escrupolós
I a lo darrer si em fereixes
Veuràs que es "permit" e's gros.

Say me what you think about it
and that is not scrupulous/righteous
and at the end if ? me
you will see that it's allowed and gross/unrighteous?

Tu faràs dos o tres copes
I jo en faré tres o dos
Amb igualtat de defences
I ninguns tendrem favors.

You will take(drink) two or three cups(drunks)
and I will take three or two
with equality of defenses
nobody will take advantage

No digues que et faci pressa
No que t'"haiga" donat es temps just
Avisa'm que jo estic llesta
Ja saps que jo no refuig.

Dont tell I'm hurrying you
neither I give you scarce time (the time just?)
Note me that I'm ready
you already know I dont refuse

Tu faràs dos o tres copes
I jo en faré tres o dos
Amb igualtat de defences
I ninguns tendrem favors.

Not bad Antonio. Let me add mine.

This is local Catalan from Ibiza, different from the Barcelona standard, so I might not get all the nuances of an expression or two. Add that to the fact that it just has the vague meaning of this kind of folk songs and the translation ends up being weird, but this is the best you can get. :)

Si penses que ma mare
Així dispara amb so canó gros
I tens raó
No t'hi pensis i aixi en tindrem es dos.

If you think my mother
shoots like this with her big/wide cannon,
you are right,
don't think much about it and so the two of us will be.

(The reference to the cannon could be a local expression. Maybe cannon refers to her mouth and it means she's exaggerated, I don't know.)

Digue'm lo que te pareix
I que no Ho ets escrupolós
I a lo darrer si em fereixes
Veuràs que es "permit" e's gros.

Tell me what it looks like to you
Tell me you are not that meticulous
And if you eventually hurt me
You will see the prize is big.

Permit doesn't mean anything, I'd say it's prèmit, a colloquial way (hence the inverted commas) of saying premi 'prize'.

Tu faràs dos o tres copes
I jo en faré tres o dos
Amb igualtat de defences
I ninguns tendrem favors.

You will take two or three cups
And I will take three or two
With equality of defenses
Without having any favours.

Cups refers to drinks, although I hear 'coples', which refers to a sort of songs. So the translation then would be: You will sing two or three (folk) songs and I will sing three or two...

No digues que et faci pressa
No que t'"haiga" donat es temps just
Avisa'm que jo estic llesta
Ja saps que jo no refuig.

Don't tell me I put you in a hurry
Or that I have given you the right time
Just warn me for I am ready
You know I don't shy away

My traffic limit does not permit the luxury of listening into the link. Ibicenc folklore is really interesting: Im not an expert neither a folkish but one day listen Sunday morning at Radio 3 a piece recorded at early forties by a German professor. It was so primitive, I suppose of Catalonian origin (obviously apart from the Catalonian lyrics) but showing a kind of music (for what a know, which it's little) dissapeared from mainland.

Ps. Maybe copes is a dialectalism(feminine form?) for cops.
