Off course there are other influences, however if they are mostly mtebids, there is no point in saying they aren't if they have lighter hair

The first one has some significant Euro admixture it looks like to me. The 2nd picture is more representative. They are not (genetically) more Euro than south Italians, that's ridiculous. These people cluster with near easterners. They sorta look like robust alpines + dinarics sometimes producing a pseudo Albanian look IMO. However it is not a CM type. Little about it here:
