1. Tashkent, as uzbek -- 4 of 8 would pass typical (as in picture 1 and 6), 2 of 8 cant really pass
2. Baku, as azerbaidzhani -- 2 of 8 cant pass but 3 of 8 would be typical (especially the red dressed woman in second picture) thats why i placed above 3rd.
3. Kazan, as tatar -- they pass but not necessarily my first guess some how
4. Ankara, as native oghuz turkish -- in daily costumes (without these accessories/costumes) they might blend better though, some might be taken for other turkics
5. Komrat, as gagauz, Karachaysk, as karachay, Kardzhaly, as oghuz turk -- maybe the two girls in last picture and the woman in purple dress sitting on the floor against the wall would pass very easily, equal answer for the set

uzbeks today have some straight (extreme) asian types as native but they dont have straight north east european with no asian featured natives for instance. and majority have (non extreme) asian influence and almost all have degrees of this influence.
tatars today can some times have extreme asian featured people and north east european featured people as native. though vast majority have asian influence that can be seen easily but do not dominate.
oghuz turks of turkey today tend to have neither extreme asian or extreme north east european features as native. turanid cast doesnt count extreme asian.
gagauz, karachay, kardzhaly turks today dont have any extreme asian featured people but they can have turanid influenced natives and also can have north east european featured people as native.

as to the debate of looking turkic or not, people here talk a lot but one can say that, turks of turkey are vast majority of turkic people in the world today by given statistics so if there has to be a bench mark for turkic look, its not necessarily in other parts of the world. the more eastern doesnt mean purer or native, if not the opposite.
