Anche gli uomini si fanno il make-up), la barba scura, sopracciglia rifatte, foto poco luminose o filtri poco naturali, possono far sembrare un mediterraneo più off di quanto realmente sia.

But he is heavily tanned, i remember when i was reading Mircea Eliade's memories and he affirmed to have passed as Indian while living in India when tanned. Sir Richard Francis Burton has passed as Indian/Afghan. It's not the end of the world when you see a european who can pass as middle-eastern/paki/indian/turk.

The med typology is more similar to iranids. If some ethnicities in north India are genetically more near to iranids the can look more similar to this guy than other Indians.

But even tha he doesn't look iranids he may approach Levantine types instead.
