He could be anything British Isles including Irish off course, he really reminds me of my friend for here.

For some strange reason, it seems more common in the Valleys (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Wales_Valleys). :confused:

Ha yeah he does kinda look like a longer headed Colin Farrell, mostly the first pic.
