Her wide cheekbones make her look a lot like a Russian Asian.

Shes a native siberian. Reminds me of Alaskan natives and Aleutians.

I seriously doubt that, unlike American indians who as far as i understand are red-skinned Yakuts are light skinned, that girl is just tanned.

She absolutely can pass for Native American. She looks pretty close to this one.

Does look Siberian or some type of Native American otherwise.....IMO has a slight SoutheastAsian-like vibe though especially at and below the nose area towards the mouth region. If she went to Manila I still think that she'd be spoken at in Tagalog by some, but then again they do say that all Asians look alike.

Would be interesting to see her with a different hairstyle which might mislead some people.

Yeah she looks American because of the combination of a narrow braincase with an extremely wide and long face.

The "Native Americans are red" thing is an old wive's tale. Native Americans used to paint their skin with red ochre and red rock pigments which act like a sunscreen and for many tribes (such as the Beothuk) this was a cultural thing, and literally every artifact they had was stained red. For this behavior they were labeled by French and Anglo pioneers as "Red Indians". They later used vermillion/cinnabar dye for this which they got from White traders, which made them look even redder (this also gave them chronic mercury poisoning which was endemic at the time).

In reality, pure Native Americans are brown. The pure Yakuts are likewise brown. All of the original people in Siberia are brown, brown, brown.

I think that First Nations in your region look different than First Nations on the East Coast or Native Americans in the U.S.

I think she can pass in Canada, Pacific Northwest and in the Southwest of USA among the Navajos.
