Cheek area and forehead shape I think are more Baltid than Alpine.
then West Baltid is quite different than East Baltid, and both have common name only

West Baltid is just a reduced CM. Basically, these are more brachycephalized East Cromagnids (as East Cromagnid is already a brachy type) and brachycephalized Faelids.
East Baltid emerged as a mix of Lappid (Uralid) with the Northern types and the Lappid strain is quite strong in it.
The general Baltid type of Central Europe appears to be related mostly to Slavic people but influences from the above-mentioned types (which are, indeed, quite different from one another) can sometimes be observed, too.
