He does look Epirot, but his last name is only found in Athens, where he was born.

Nothing Dinaric. Alpine(round brachycephalic head)-Mediterranean(straight nose), looks Northern Greek, Albanians do not look like that, Serbs can look like that though. Common among Northen Greeks.
