So, assuming that her ancestry is mostly if not entirely British Isles, does she qualify as another exotic Anglo then? (This time for facial features rather than pigmentation).

Yeah, I can agree with that. And that's assuming she doesn't have any ancestry outside the British Isles

I'd even say she could pass as the lightest 5% of Lebanon.

This kind of face someway appears everywhere. The combination of red undertone, blue eyes and pale skin is quite British typical.

Nothing Levantine or Jewish about her. Passes in most of Europe except for the further North and Northeast regions.
