Can he pass?

IMO he can pass anywhere in Southern Europe. But I get a weird Albanian or northern Greek vibe. Italy also.

I think he looks more Southern European (of any kind) rather than British personally.

He really doesn't look like or even similar to an Albanian in terms of facial features
