Frankly, she is Mediterranean.

All these terms like Arabid, Nord-Indid, Asiatic Alpine, Iranid etc. are used to describe Caucasoid populations that doesn't look European. But many people classified this way just look similar. They're just Mediterranean/Alpine types found mainly in West Asia/Levant/India.

She could be from anywhere in West Asia. Maybe even South Asia.
