Here's my final classification: Alpine-Borreby with some Lappid influence (which in fact looks like half native Brazilian half pure white-looking European) and extreme high IQ. He is definitely a white Brazilian, specifically of Italian (Celtic) & Southern French descent. Little to no white Portuguese because they seem way too darker than other Europeans. In fact, he's at the whiter, more European part of the Brazilian racial spectrum.

Because of his big brain, he forehead seems as large as this guy with a large forehead from this YouTube video below:
