Which phenotype has diverse looking people? I would say Atlantid as it has Med and Nordid influence, but I don't know.

Phenotypes are standard types, so the diversity is minimal.
The only aspect you can vary is hair/skin and eye colour. These vary all across I europe with maybe a maximum in the British Isles.

Nordic and other Northern types vary a lot.
As hair can go from blonde of childhood to a brown/ash of middle age.

Diversity within one phenotype is not a lot. I'd argue in terms of overall looks and sheer variety of places, Alpine.

Alpine.

Agreed with Alpine.

I thought Atlantid would be up there too because folks like George Clooney and Tom Cruise can both be labeled Atlantid in some way or form (and they don't look quite similar).

In Coon's scheme it is Med. His Med type include the following variations:

The Mediterranean Race in Arabia
Long-Faced Mediterraneans of the Western Asiatic Highlands
Long-Faced Mediterraneans of the Western Asiatic Highlands: The Irano-Afghan Race
Mediterraneans from North Africa
Small Mediterraneans of Southern Europe
Atlanto-Mediterraneans from Southwestern Europe
Blue-Eyed Atlanto-Mediterraneans
The Mediterranean Reлmergence in Great Britain
The Pontic Mediterraneans

Meds and Nordids followed by Dinarids (feature-wise Dinarics are more variable than some believe even if their occiput type is very strong characteristic of theirs).
