In France the brunn is not uncommon at all.
In Germany neither.
The same happens in the opposite manner since there are Faelids in UK, Keith Richards if I am not wrong has some Faelid. Of course may be these combinations are not the most common but exist.
And as you said Brunns in Spain exist.
And also Paleoatlantids.
We have a spanish mate here called Gold Fenix who is partly PA in my opinion.
Fernando Alonso is partly PA too and Xabi Alonso has some brunn or PA but his CM is not berid for sure.
