I searched on Youtube for music videos and it seems that he did a nose job because he used to have a convex nose which totally gave him a dinaric-mediterranean italian vibe. Now he looks more on the alpinized-mediterranean range?

Haven't seen that at all, looks like Alpinized Mediterranean. Good singer btw, Albania deserves a good classification this year.

Alpine and Med with a Dinaric strain. Looks pretty Southern European as expected from an Albanian despite some people claiming that they're not Whites and so on.
