I think he is mostly Apline CM .
I have not see this look among Cretans to be honest.

I don't know how else to explain what I mean. Square headed, far spaced eyes, pointy nose. Don't you see what I mean? It wasn't meant as an insult.
Anyhow I also think he passes in Albania and Bulgaria in addition to Greece.

What about Peloponnese.
What about Peloponnese.
It may exist but I would not associate this look with Peloponnese or any part of Greece of that matter.
I think it is more of a pan Italian look, that you can find in all parts of the country.

I do see what you see and yes, I've seen some people from the Pelopponese who look like this.

I don't agree, Italians typically do not have square heads and far-spaced eyes, it is a Balkan look. I think he passes in other Balkan nations, and Romania, also. Not just Greece.

Litorid nose but everything is Alpinid.

I am not saying it is common in Italy but it exists. Ernest Borgnine, another Italian American, had a similar phenotype:

They don't look similar at all. The man above looks like a dark Irish or something.

They are both robust, with square heads and both have light eyes. I think they are both Alpine CMs.

Looks like a Mainland Greek to me
I see some resemblance with the Greek singer Giorgos Margaritis who was classified as Balkan borreby by some

Probably an Alpine or Alpi-Din combination with Alpine dominant.

They are both Alpinoid but that's where the resemblance ends. Their other features are different.
Margaritis has more rugged facial features while Laine's features are more gracile.
