Does Victoria Justice look fully European?

Where in Europe could she fit (if anywhere)? Some have said she looks like a tanned white girl, but something about her is off.

She could probably fit in Spain, although the third picture brings out some Amerindian features.

Guys, I just went by what normal people perceive...

not everybody is going to say she doesn't look Euro as OP said..

I am also pretty sure, Normal White Americans (pred North-western extract) who don't have much knowledge about south and south-eastern Euro phenotypes would take both Nina Dobrev and Victoria Justice or none for WHite looking.

Comparing Victoria's photos and seeing how she looks different depending on the pic I think she clearly doesn't look european on some photos but does a good job whitening herself for the pics.
