You don't need to post most recent photos especially not if she had plastic surgery. We need to classify her based on her natural look, and surgeries change look a lot(or photoshop).

Looks like Carla got a facelift. Too bad. I don't understand why the natural results of aging are feared so much more than such unnatural attempts to retain a youthful look. I have never seen these attempts succeed as they were intended, either.

It is indeed a very sad thing, as even without plastic surgery, she would have remained quite a good-looking woman well into her old age. She is only 43-44 BTW.

But as far as devastating her looks with plastic surgery, she's still not as bad as say Mickey Rourke...
