I don't think that one picture is sufficient for a classification. Actually, there's one that comes to mind, but it has more to do with her pose and body language, than her facial features....sorry if she's your sister or something. Trying to envision her with her mouth shut and her eyebrows un-exaggerated, I'd guess Med-Alpine.

The only web page where this picture appears, is on a Spanish newspaper online edition (El Pais), on an article about Erasmus students. I think she is Spanish, but since she is an unknown person, I cannot tell for sure.

She is either Spanish or white Latin American, I think.

She looks very familiar to me too. She could perfectly be Spanish, Portuguese, white Brazilian, or white Hispanic American.

She could also pass for Italian, Greek or Turk (Euro looking Turk).
