Ashoka, the Indian emperor of the Mauryan dynasty. Allegedly he is from a Kushwaha background which are people found in the Northern Indian states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Also, axcording to the ancient Roman historian Appian, Ashoka had one Seleucid Greek grandparent.

Ashoka is pure Indo-Aryan, nothing else.

Btw 2nd pic is of the founder Chandragupta maurya who kicked Greeks back to Iran.

Indid and Alpinid. Looks more closer to Northern Arabians or Southern Levantines than anything.
