He is half Danish and half Russian. In terms of phenotype he is also kinda mixed between Danish and Russian.
I guess he could pass in Scandinavia, Baltic States and NE-Europe (including Russia, Belarus, Poland, Ukraine) but I don't think he is very typical for any of these countries.
As I said he has both Russian (NE-Europe) and Danish/Scando (NW-Europe) features.

Baltid + minor Norid influence, I think he can pass better in Denmark and Scandanavia, more than Russia somehow but I could be wrong. Probably can pass well in the Baltic states as well.
