The difference is that most African-Americans are of West/Central African heritage. His roots are in Uganda which is in East Africa, plus his phenotype is textbook Nilotid.

I think he would be pretty atypical. He seems very dark and has that "pure" look compared to most Aframs who still seem to show some European admix in their features.
