Yeah more or less I was wondering what it meant too. Don't all Vlachs have slavic admixture anyway? So what's the difference? What language do they speak? Vlachika or Slavic?

No i don't think so
They are in Greece and Balkans much longer than Slavs and their ethnolinguistical background is completly unrelated to
Slavs
Even by genetics they seem not Slavic afaik
Eupedia for example says this
"One fourth of the Vlach people (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vlachs) (isolated communities of Romance language speakers in the Balkans) belong to J2, considerably more than the average of Macedonia and northern Greece where they live. This, combined to the fact that they speak a language descended from Latin, suggests that they could have a greater part of Roman (or at least Italian) ancestry than other ethnic groups in the Balkans."

Vlach is a Latin language similar to Romanian this alone gives evidence that they trace their origins to native
people who have been around in the same region since the Roman times
Sarakatsani speak a sort of dialect which is Greek and has many ancient words.
The word Vlach in Greece is a bit broad and not strictly defined
Vlachs in the broad sense would be called people who lived a more pastoralist sometimes half nomadic way of live.
Some Greek people like Sarakatsani were said to in order to escape the Ottoman opression and remain independent they choose
a nomadic way of live and the moved and traveled across the Balkan peninsular

Vlach is not a deregatory term and Slavovlach doesn't exist outside of these forums as a term, lol. In fact, Vlachs in Northern Greece are fierce opponents of anything Slavic.
They speak a Latin dialect. They can communicate easily with Romanians.

I just googled the term 'slavovlach' and the first result was this forum  Most of the rest of the page were links to other anthroforums like Anthroscape and whatnot.

Vlachs are Greco-roman in origin, hailing from Epirus and Thessaly in Greece. The Byzantines used the term to refer to the Latin speaking subjects of their empire in contrast to the Greek speaking ones.

Thanks for your answer. So what you are saying is Slavo Vlachs are the same as Vlachs. I know Vlachs speak Vlahika because my father does. However on this forum there are people who have admitted to having Vlach ancestry but are Slavophones. You Greeks like to confuse [emoji846]

I would say Slavo Vlachs are simply Vlachs with some Slavic admixture the same way you would use Slavo Greeks for Slaviczed Greeks or
Slavo Cypriots for Cypriots with Slav mix"if such a thing would exist lol"
However i picked the word up here from two users one called himself epirot and said he is Slavo Vlach and Slavs and Vlachs
are basicly the same lol
However in Greece there doesn't exist any notion that Vlachs and Slavs mixed alot this might be the case for Vlachs in Fyrom
rather.
Another user calls himself Scolarios Chiotis the son of Arvanon says he is paternally EV13 and classifies himself
as Vlacho Greco Slav
This were the first times i heard this term

I also found this
I mean passable as Spanish, Portuguese, southern French etc.
I usually group Greeks into 3 groups, though I may be wrong..
1) "Balkan" looking, sometimes Slavic influence ("Slavovlach")
2) People who look southern Italian/Sicilian, sometimes Anatolian influenced ("East Med") though they lack the Semitic influences in some Sicilians
3) "Iberian" looking Atlanto-Meds or Pontids who pass as them.
Its from an old thread
