According to Coon's book, a lower height forehead is typical to Irish people, so I could not say without a profile picture if she is more Nordish or Atlantid, which are longer headed people or some CM type - she could be mostly DaloFalid, cause of the pointy chin and quite wide face.
Without a profile picture I would say DaloFalid, mostly.

She almost looks like an Irish - North Slavic mix. Maybe a Baltid - Atlantid mix, its a tough one.

She looks to be a Dalofaelid mixture. I can't quite put my finger on the other element, if there is one at all.
