Only atypically. He fits in the best in Scandinavia and Northwestern Europe. Although I guess he wouldn't stick out as a Northeastern European either.

Dark brown hair is not atypical to Tronder.
His eyes are between light brown and hazel, so do not think those are that atypical to Tronder, either.
