How would be perceived in the rest of Latin America? What would ppl think he is in Argentina?

Uh... well...here you can find people more mixed than which he seems (or more native blended I'd say)...
But the problem is that some tribes from here have very disctint traits, for that reason the most of mestizos of here don't pass typical in other countries of LA, like Central American countries for example.

Can you see him passing as Chilean or Paraguayan Mestizo?

He is ethnic Turkmen (supposedly) from Iran btw. He played in the Iranian National Team and then in Netherlands team.

This soccer player, called Darío Lezcano, is an almost balanced paraguayan mestizo example...
Probably he resembles a little Sergio Romero, argentine national goolkeeper, who is from a province which have borders with Paraguay and Brazil.

Predominantly Amerindian, pseudo-Pueblid, IMO. His look would be more common in central Mexico, but also exists in other parts.

So around 55-65% Pueblid Amerindian going by is look if you don't know he is Iranian?

Can he pass anywhere else in Latin America?

Around 60-70% more or less.

If I had to guess, maybe Colombia.

He could easily pass as an Ecuadorian, Peruvian or Colombian mestizo.
