1) They'd be pretty common. I'd give Lino 7/10 and Carreira 6,5/10. However, mind that I would hardly rate any person (foreigner or local) as more than 8/10, since we are quite diverse people.
2) I'm not sure how common he would be but I have seen similar Frenchmen and Italians.

#2 looks the most "Portuguese" to me and the least passable as Italian American. He is also somewhat close to some white Americans like how Mitt Romney looks.

regional. no one would bat an eye about 2 and 4 in the South, California, Midwest (the country as a whole), but the rest would maybe be seen as 'something different'. The rest could pass on the East coast except 4 looks so foreign to me for some reason.

I agree that he look very Portuguese but also has a pan western vibe, very long faced also, wich is more common in western countries, even his facial features.
