I'd say they look more German.

From personal experience: Can look like both but lean more towards Dutch.

This is an absurd question: Belgians do not exist as an ethnic group. Native ones are either Flemings or Waloons. Flemings speak and look Dutch/German, Waloons speak and look French.

Nonsense. French and Dutch each look different from each other. It is very well known that flemish and Walloon are not easy to distinguish from each other, so each leans to a neighboring population at most.

Dutch women often are as tall as or taller than me, whereas I'm 183 cm. They have different phenotypes present there from ours alright. But it's not a bad feature necessarily.

They look more like the French, imo. I’ve even met many Flemish people who have looked French.

Walloons and Flemish mostly differ in language but not phenotype. It's a very tiny country so the divide in looks isn't that great.

And the "local" phenotype continues beyond its borders, following the Rhine and Danube in Germany.

Bump, this is a tricky one but as a larger part of Belgium is next to France and heavily influenced by French culture i would generally say they are more similar looking to the French though there are noticeable differences i have noticed both with Walloons and with the Flemish such as taller stature, paler skin, a more generally Germanic appearance and so out of all groups the Belgians probably resemble the south west Germans most of all. The Dutch north of Utrecht are too blonde to ever be mistaken for Belgian.

I think they look more like the Northern French, but are closer to Dutch in term of average stature.

I stand 197cm without shoes and none of my male siblings are below 191cm. My father is the shortest at 188cm. One of my brothers is slightly over 200 cm/2m tall. My father's hair color now white was pretty brown (medium shade) and my mother's hair color is also white now but was medium blonde. My own hair was vivid red as child but has now become a light auburn. We're from Flanders and obviously look much more Dutch than French.

More French than Dutch
Although the French tend to have lighter pigmentation than Belgians.
