Maybe he does. But I associate this look with Levantine Arabs, like the more Arabian-mixed Lebanese people, and even Egyptians.

I do not think he looks particularly Greek as in someone from Athens. He looks Cypriot.

He doesn't look particularly Greek. I wouldn't guess him as Greek personally. He passes but he's not one of the stereotypical looks
