at certain point it's hart to tell which is which one, some mexican of maybe full spanish descent look a we bit ethnic and are tanned skinned like her, and some highly europinazed mestizos have european features and that tone... She look like a mexican soap opera actress.

Balkanites are only partly Slavic.
Her look is common in the Balkans, esp in Bulgaria and Romania.

Her mother is puerto rican and mother is white american she have very similar phenotype to nina.

Maybe, but it's unlikely. There's no obvious Turanid/Uralid about her.
To me she's just Alpine-Med, very common in the area - common among native Balkanites as well.
