Bhangra artist from California, started out with Jazzy B aka Jaswinder Singh Bains, had a promising career that was cut short because he left Shinda and Jazzy. Anyways classify him, his features look Alpine to me.

He's from California, was a 90's Bhangra artist so I think he went for that look, he doesn't have Mexican features though.
