He looks American and has that new world nation look about him. I've just looked-up his ancestry and he's only partially Dutch. He looks like a mixture of European and far-east Asian or Amerindian, as his eye and head shape looks Mongoloid influenced. I wouldn't be surprised if he has some non-European mixture in him due to his exotic eye shape.
