Just a reminder: Assyrian =/ Assyroid
Assyroids tend to look exceptionally Mesopotamian with round puffy faces and dark shade of olive skin:

Man in OP clearly doesn't fit that bill and doesn't physically resemble the above men (mind you, they are Assyrian).

He looks closer to the Assyroid morph from Humanphenotype page
Do you agree with Anatolid influence ?
Cap med + alpine + some Taurid influence

I guess a mixture between Med and Taurid. He fits in the Levant quite well.

How does he look like the Assyroid morph?

The morph is rather round and short-faced with a pretty olive skinned. Besides the 'meaty' nose, there is no slightest resemblance. Here is another Assyrian man that is a good Assyroid example:

I think people should realise that Assyroid has an Arabid component (alongside Armenoid), which is very lacking in the guy in OP.
Anatolids have a tan as well and look rather Mediterranean, but I don't completely disagree with your input. I can see Cap Med (Irano-Med) and/or Taurid as suggested by a few people in here.
