People in general do not know anything about Sardinia and when they see an individual living in Olbia (or elsewhere), they think that this person is "native" of this place, whereas it seems obvious to me that Sardinia not escaped the evolution of means of transport... so one could very well see in Olbia pseudo-sardinians with Moorish features thanks to the modern means of transport.

In the case of this woman, she looks like a European woman with "Western Europe face" (European traits still exist in southern Sardinia, even if it is objectively a trash place in some area, especially Cagliari). In general, authentic Sardinians do not have Levantine or non-European traits.
