Its mainly in the eye area or the middle part of the face but they have a broad look and are quite brachycephalic and stumped like Borrebys except they give off this non European look or vibe it just looks like mongoloid admixture or influences might have something to do with it.

I know he looks part Central Asian but I think this is the case with most Russians and the mongoloid component might be due to his strong East Baltid component.
