Absolutely not, if it's the "Transcaspian" on the humanphenotypes.net what you mean by "Caspian race", they don't look Caucasian to begin with, also I think that their presence is overstated on distribution map...

I do not think any two different types differ only in pigmentation. Metrics are much more important when classifying.
