Possibly, I consider her snub nose, prominant cheeks and lips a scandinavian trait on europeans though. I often see them in combination with Danish, Swedish for example, which is why so many people assumed she was northern european.

Ill guess Belgian now?

I noticed this kind of Freckles are quite among very Mixed Negroes with more Europid Features.
