He is Nordo-Med that is why. He can pass in both countries altough his look is probably more typical in Northern Italy

Blondes are not a minority they are by far majority but it exist some Swarthy pure Swedes but they arent that common

He is between Atlantid and Atlanto-Med I think. Not really a "textbook" Atlantid by judging eyebrows and general traits, he looks very iberian to me I don't know why.
