Kazakhs have a more feminine face shape that looks more elliptical, when one of the characteristics of East Baltids is a rectangular face shape. Kazakhs have a more tapered forehead, so that even if they have a wide middle face, their upper face is often narrow relative to their middle face, and their hairline is more curved. Their foreheads are also shorter relative to their face length. Therefore they often have a small area of the forehead relative to the rest of their face.

For example, the photo below is of Kazakhstan's women's short track speed skating team. The white girl on the left looks pretty East Baltid. Compared to the native members, she has a longer forehead but a shorter middle and lower face. She also has the most vertical forehead.

Below are women from photos which were classified as being of Kazakhs from Kunstkamera (http://collection.kunstkamera.ru/entity/OBJECT?ethnos=3507391). Some might not actually be Kazakh though. You can see that Kazakhs actually have fairly long faces and noses.

Among Baltic Finnic people, even women often have a rectangular vertical forehead with a straight hairline, like these Karelians and Finns:

Among both Central Asians and Finnics, I think most people are too leptomorphic, so that their face looks too elliptical and their nose is too long. However in this photo of Kazakhs, the girl who is the second from the right in the back row is really cute. She looks sort of Khanty-ish, because she doesn't have an oval face shape, and she has a clearly concave nose. On the other hand, the girl on the left has a too small face that is oval or egg-shaped, and the other two girls have a too high bridge of the nose.

Here's morphs of the national soccer teams of Finland and Kazakhstan in UEFA Euro 2020 qualifiers (https://www.uefa.com/european-qualifiers/teams/). I excluded players who I estimated to have a foreign background.

The Kazakh morph has a shorter forehead, a longer middle face, and a shorter chin. The Kazakh morph also has a longer distance between the eyebrows and the eyes, which is a Mongoloid characteristic. It has a longer nose and a higher bridge of the nose. The Kazakh morph also appears to have a lower bigonial width.

There is a very large difference in the height of the part of the face between the eyebrows and the mouth.

Below are morphs of women in old photos published by Kunstkamera. I did not cherry pick the images I used in the morphs, but I selected the images based on image quality and based on how directly the person in the image faced the camera.

The Kazakh morph has a longer and narrower nose than the Karelian morph. Its face looks wide and robust, but its face is simultaneously fairly long and oval-shaped. The Kazakh morph has a longer distance between the eyebrows and the eyes. The Karelian morph has more sad-looking eyes, which is probably partially the effect of a lower canthal tilt.
