I found the source of the photo through Yandex's reverse image search (which is much better than Google's reverse image search): http://imk1.ucoz.ru/news/khoreograficheskij_kollektiv_ingrid_iz_uvy_voshel_ v_pjaterku_uchastnikov_televersii_konkursa_udmurts kogo_tanca_ehlkunovidenie_ehkton_2015/2015-07-20-62. Apparently it's a photo of the dance group Ингрид. The photo is from 2015, so the Udmurtkas don't yet look too instafied and corrupt.

#3 and #5 (counting from the left) look less NE because they have the narrowest face and the lowest cheekbones.

#2, #4, and #6 look more NE because they have a clearly concave nose, and they also have the kind of round non-elliptical face shape which is often associated with a concave nose. I think overall #2 and #6 have the best morphology of the facial skeleton and nose.

#6 and #7 both have the kind of firm skin that the soft tissue of their face is distributed evenly and that their nasolabial folds look like sharp lines.

All of them appear to have good Finno-Permic eyes with low upper eyelid exposure. However #1 still has dark skin of the lower eyelids. #1 also has perhaps the lowest canthal tilt.

Out of the 4 types used by Trofimova to classify Volga Tatars (https://nomadica.ru/biblioteka/se_42_3_trofimova.html), maybe #1 would be Pontid (because of the dark pigmentation and overall southern look), #3 and #5 would be Light Caucasoid (because of the narrow face), and #2, #4, #6, and #7 would be Sub-Laponid (best type).
