He looks full spaniard.

Interesting, he'd have no problem passing as full Norwegian aswell. Personally I always thought he looked more Norwegian than Spanish.

What is the percentage of blue eyes and blond hair in Norway? This guy is seen "Mediterranean" slightly "nordized".

I think it's almost impossible to make a true accurate estimate

My own estimates for eye and hair colour among ethnic Norwegians:

Eye color

58% blue
22% green and hazel
12% brown and amber
8% gray

Hair colour

35% brown
30% blonde
25% dark brown
5% black
5% red

He could pass for full blooded spaniard, however I can see both parts. His skull looks more on the norwegian side and mouth spanish. Atlantid+CM ?

Wouldn't feel out place in either of the two places, although to me he looks more Norwegian, can't tell whether it's the chin something in his face...I'm not sure but he does. I see this look in my family though we're not this scrawny we tend to be stockier must the Danish part

Atlanto Mediterranean, although the rounded, globular forehead might show hints of Borreby/Alpinoid influence.

Atlanto Mediterranid + Borrey admixture looks more Spanish but could pass in Norway as well.

He looks more Norwegian to me than Spanish, but he could fit fine in either place really.
